working with smart, heartful people who live their lives consciously

OPEN
7 days a week  •  9:00am - 9:00pm
available by appointment

Portland, OR 97206

I work with smart, heartful people who live their lives consciously. I help them to get, or stay, in touch with their passions and live from them, day-to-day, moment-to-moment. Via phone or Skype sessions, I connect with each client by listening fully, without judgment, and hold space for them to talk through their thoughts and feelings. Throughout the session, I offer feedback in the form of reflection; sharing of my ideas and impressions of a person's values, passions, dreams, and possible stumbling blocks; and--if and only if the client wishes--sharing concrete resources for moving forward, such as books, websites, individuals, or groups the person may want to connect with. After a session, clients tell me they feel calmer, happier, and more energized.

Peace Advocacy Network

promoting a peaceful existence through veganism, social justice, and respect for the Earth’s inhabitants and resources.

Peace Advocacy Network (PAN) promotes a peaceful existence through veganism, social justice, and respect for the Earth’s inhabitants and resources. PAN, founded in 2010, is a grassroots group completely run by volunteers that strives for the absence of violence in the lives of people and animals by eliminating oppression and inequality.

Helping People

• PAN promotes food equity by providing free meals for those in need, helping food gardens, and collecting food donations.

• PAN promotes equality for LGBTQ individuals and is working to stop “conversion” therapies, a mentally damaging practice.

• PAN educates about the plight of humans caught in the cycle of human trafficking and provides solutions.

Helping Animals

• PAN conducts outreach to spread the vegan word – video showings, exhibits, and leafleting.

• PAN runs a national Vegan Pledge program that provides cooking classes and lectures to help non-vegans go vegan for 30 days.

• PAN opposes the use of animals in entertainment

• PAN works to ban horse-drawn carriages in Philadelphia, PA, and other areas.

Helping the Earth

• PAN conducts environmental outreach through informative displays, leafleting, and lectures about how raising animals for food harms the planet, wastes natural resources, and destroys habitats for wild animals.

• PAN is committed to eco-friendly practices for outreach (recycled paper, compostibles).

• PAN encourages people to go vegan to lighten their environmental footprints.

Woodstock Farm Sanctuary

vegan non-profit

»  driven by the simple philosophy  «
that kindness and respect to animals is our duty and that all the creatures that share this earth are here with us and not for us.

2017 Visiting Season Starts:  Saturday, April 1
2017 Visiting Season Ends:  Sunday, October 29
Visiting Hours: 10:30am – 4pm, Saturdays and Sundays only
No reservation necessary!

Woodstock Farm Sanctuary is driven by the simple philosophy that kindness and respect to animals is our duty and that all the creatures that share this earth are here with us and not for us. Farm animals are feeling individuals who deserve to be treated with compassion.

We are a place where visitors can come face to face with the animals they may only know as dinner and learn about the devastating effects of modern-day agribusiness on the animals, the environment and human health. Here you can frolic with goats in a large open pasture, sit down with a pig who wants nothing more than a belly rub, cuddle with chickens who seek out your attention or get nuzzled by some very friendly sheep!

At the heart of our mission is the hands-on work of rescuing, rehabilitating and caring for farmed animal refugees — as well as educating the public about the typically horrific treatment of animals who are raised for food.
